Due to Portuguese Legislation Management Works! cannot let your property here in the Algarve if the property does not have a rental license. We are able to advise you fully on the requirements and carry out the necessary procedures in order to obtain this license.

We are happy though to introduce your property to travel agents, who will market and rent your property in their respective country.
